What We Offer: $27.00-30 per hour starting wage DOE Healthcare benefits after 60 days Opportunities for overtime pay Consistent hours and year-round work Paid training and career advancement opportunities A supportive team environment and hands-on leadership What You’ll Do: Respond to water damage emergencies in homes and businesses Extract water, set drying equipment, and remove damaged materials Assist with mold remediation, demolition, and cleanup Document jobs using mobile apps (we’ll train you) Communicate with team leaders and occasionally customers onsite ? What We’re Looking For: Hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and tight areas Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Willingness to be on an on-call rotation (occasional nights/weekends) No experience?
