Drivers to join our team in Bozeman Montana. Qualifications:
ValidClass B or Class A CDL Drivers Licenserequired. Minimum of 3
years of driving experience strongly preferred. Experience in
construction is a plus. Desired Skills: Commitment to safety and
adherence to all regulations. Strong communication, time
management, and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and
dependability. Team player with the ability to work independently
when necessary. Self-starter with troubleshooting skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, days, and overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities: Safely deliver materials to customers and
contractors. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Maintain
accurate paperwork and logbooks. Ensure compliance with D.O.T.
regulations. Conduct and document pre- and post-trip inspections.
Identify and report mechanical or safety issues promptly. Comply
with federal and state traffic laws. Maintain vehicle cleanliness
and appearance. Occasionally participate in labor assignments. Work
effectively under the direction of Dispatch and Construction
Supervisors. Always maintain a safety-first mindset. Physical
Requirements: Repeatedly enter and exit the truck throughout the
shift. Lift up to 50 lbs. and 25 lbs. regularly. Push/pull up to 50
lbs. at least twice daily. Perform repetitive movements quickly and
safely. Sit or stand for extended periods. Bend, kneel, stoop,
squat, twist, push, and pull as needed. Climb ladders or steps.
Tolerate all weather conditions, loud environments, and vibrations.

Occasional standing, walking, and balancing Compensation and
Benefits: Hourly Rate: Based on experience. Medical Insurance: Year
1: Employer covers 80% of medical premiums. Years 2 & 3: Employer
covers 90%. Year 4: Employer covers 100%. Employer contributions to
