Intermountain Healthcare invites applications for the role of an Inpatient Occupational Therapist. This role is pivotal in providing specialized rehabilitation services to hospitalized patients. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team dedicated to restoring patient health and enhancing functional abilities within inpatient settings. Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance physical and psychological recovery. Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care. Educate patients and families on home-care strategies and therapies. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional standards. Strong understanding of hospital-based occupational therapy Exceptional patient management and communication skills Ability to design and execute evidence-based therapeutic interventions Proficiency in using electronic health records and occupational therapy software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist NBCOT certification preferred
