stroke care unit requiring National Institute of Health Stroke
Scale Certification Modified primary nursing model promoting
continuity of care and strong patient relationships 13-week
contract assignment in a collaborative healthcare environment
Comprehensive cerebrovascular disease education and training
provided Candidates must reside at least 90 miles from the facility
to qualify Facility may adjust schedule based on census needs
Requirements: Current Montana Registered Nurse licensure American
Heart Association BLS certification (current) American Heart
Association ACLS certification (within 8 months of hire) American
Heart Association PALS certification (within 8 months of hire)
National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification (within 6
months of hire) Demonstrated competence in modified primary nursing
practice Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and perform
physical duties including standing, walking, and bending Strong
clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
