Job Description & Requirements Emergency Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $257.05 - $278.25 This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Annual Volume: Average of 52 patients per 24-hour period (approx. 18,900/year) Physician shift times: Up to ten 12-hour night shifts per month, occasional holidays NP/PA Coverage: Yes, 24/7 coverage with APP support during peak hours (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM) Back up specialties available: Not specified; RN and MA also on-site; no supervision required EMR: Epic Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS; Board Certified or Board Eligible in EM, FM, or IM; 3–5 years ED experience required Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
