Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Bozeman, MT Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,712 per week Shift Information: 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - Operating Room Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room / Circulate Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Variable day shift positions with call Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse License: Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse) Certifications: American Heart Association BLS, American Heart Association ACLS within 6 months of hire Must-Have: Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Nursing, Associate's degree, or Diploma Description: The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative and cooperative relationship with other members of the health care team. Plans and implements patient and family education. Is responsible for assessing needs and initiating appropriate interventions for patients. Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or the situation. Analyzes the assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues. Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient or the situation. Develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes. Implements the identified plan of care. Employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment. Systematically enhances the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice. Attains knowledge and competency that reflects current nursing practice. Evaluates one’s own nursing practice in relation to professional practice standards and guidelines. Interacts with and contributes to the professional development of peers and colleagues. Collaborates with patients, families, and others in the conduct of nursing practice. Integrates ethical provisions in all areas of practice. Integrates research findings into practice. Provides leadership in the professional practice setting and the profession. Complies with policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines related to care for patients with stroke. Participates in initial cerebrovascular disease education within one year of hire.
