Facilities department is currently seeking candidates for a
Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time year-round position
located in Big Sky, Montana. We are currently hiring for a
Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician provides
hands-on services for all types of maintenance. The Maintenance
Technician contributes to the minor and major facility
improvements, renovations, and upkeep of new and old facilities and
mechanical systems. The Facilities Department plays a critical role
in providing smooth operation of all departments to ensure our
members have the best experience possible. Major Responsibilities:
· Ensure all building finishes are in top-notch condition. ·
Complete work orders and preventive maintenance promptly using
asset management software. (Limble) · Recognize and report any
issues or potential issues throughout the Yellowstone Club Property
using the asset management software. · Perform all tasks required
for the maintenance and operation of a commercial building.
Qualifications: · High school diploma or GED · Technical training
is preferred · Proficient use of general power and hand tools ·
Ability to identify, diagnose, and repair issues · Highest
standards of quality and attention to detail · Ability to
communicate issues to management · Valid Drivers License Preferred
Skills/Experience (Experience in all items below is not required):
· Minor construction projects including doors and hardware, trim,
drywall, paint, etc. · Remodel projects including framing, drywall,
millwork, paint, etc. · Woodworking in a millwork shop · Metal
fabrication and welding · Support events team for unique special
event projects · Comfortable working with electricity and adhering
to lockout-tagout procedures. · Experience with power tools
including skill saws, nailers, sanders, paint sprayers, etc. ·
Lighting maintenance Details: · Salary: Depend on experience ·
Experience: 2 years of facility maintenance or construction trades
