DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE: Direct the day-to-day functions of the
community including hiring, supervising, and directing staff in
accordance with current federal, state, and local standards Manage
the coordination of care for residents, including the dissemination
of information to families, staff, physicians, and third-party
providers Assist the Executive Director to ensure that policies,
procedures, and state regulations are being followed Cover shifts
as needed, assisting residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing,
eating, personal care, and hygiene Communicate with other
healthcare staff and department personnel; relate information
concerning resident’s condition; maintain written records and
documentation as required Maintain communication with the
residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to assure that
the resident's needs are continually met. health care, independent

CANDIDATE: Compassionate, patient, and kind, and have a heart for
working with senior adults Creativity, flexibility, time management
skills, and a knowledge base of the geriatric population who may
have complex medical needs The ability to provide health services
training to other employees of the Community, and to oversee the
medication administration program Experience in working with
similar age demographics and experience in operations and clinical
oversight in a setting such as ours preferred ?????Proficient in
