About this role: As a Part-time Physician in Emergency Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. Competitive Compensation: $301,608 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive and night shift differential for each night shift worked. Quality Bonus: $3,750 Incentives: $18,750 starting bonus, up to $15,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to $75,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). We’re also PSLF eligible! ? You will practice at St. James Healthcare, a Level 4 Trauma Center, in Butte, MT. Shifts will be 12-hour shifts, nights preferred but 50/50 night/day split optional. Part-time is considered 106 12-Hr shifts for the year. Daily APP coverage from 11-11. Connections to St. Vincent Regional Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center, and other Intermountain Health hospitals. What you’ll bring: MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine. Residency trained in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine. Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline. Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one. Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process. Passion for emergency medicine and rural communities. 3 to 5 years of Emergency Medicine experience is preferred.
