Job Description:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating
new business through proactive outbound calling and email
campaigns. This role focuses on identifying and engaging general
contractors and fencing installers to promote and sell our
perimeter security solutions. The representative will also follow
up on lead reports, qualify prospects, and convert leads into sales
opportunities. Success in this role will be measured by new account
acquisition, sales growth, and lead conversion rates. Essential
Responsibilities: * Conduct high-volume outbound calls to general
contractors and fencing installers to generate new sales
opportunities. * Develop and execute personalized outbound calling
campaigns using phone and email to drive engagement and
conversions. * Follow up on lead reports from marketing campaigns,
trade shows, and other sources to qualify and convert leads. *
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through
consistent outreach and relationship-building. * Understand
customer needs and present appropriate solutions using a
consultative sales approach. * Collaborate with the sales and
marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation
strategies. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
and sales activities in CRM. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly
sales targets. * Provide feedback on market trends and customer
needs to help shape product offerings and marketing strategies.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Proven success in
outbound calling and lead generation. * Experience creating and
managing outbound campaigns using email and phone outreach. *
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work
independently and manage time effectively. * Experience with CRM
systems and sales tracking tools. * Knowledge of the construction
or manufacturing industry preferred. * Tenacity and resilience in
pursuing new business opportunities. Education/Experience: *
Minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience, preferably within a
manufacturing company. * High school diploma required; bachelor's
degree preferred. Traits/Competencies Required: * Hunter mentality
with a drive to close new business. * Strong organizational skills
and attention to detail. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented. *
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term
relationships. * Comfortable making cold calls and handling
objections. * Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to
design effective outreach campaigns. Job Location: Ennis, TX
