Bridger Transportation has an opening for a Customer Service Sales Coordinator to work with our excellent team here at our Bozeman, Montana corporate offices in the heart of the beautiful Gallatin Valley. The Customer Service Sales Coordinator will focus on cold calling companies to contract, fielding inbound calls, system data record creation, and following up with contracted companies throughout the day. This position also works with the internal customer account managers to create solutions and assist with customer requirements. Must be energetic, well-spoken, experienced in a fast-paced environment, detailed, and have a passion for sales. Customer Service Sales Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls daily Answering inbound calls, presenting and delivering information to callers Support and offer solutions to account managers Understanding and adhering to customer requirements Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, etc. Answering questions to ensure satisfactory results Providing timely information to account managers before/during/after the sale Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients Building relationships with business partners and team members to close sales Closing sales and working with the business partner until the sale is complete Customer Service Sales Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people daily Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers Persuasive and goal-oriented Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories Self-motivated and self-directed Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry High school degree or equivalent Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
