POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Development Center Service
Representative is primarily responsible for answering all incoming
phone calls and serving customers enthusiastically on the phone,
securing and updating confidential customer information, and
scheduling sales and service appointments while maintaining the
highest level of customer service and satisfaction.ESSENTIAL
DUTIES:--- Answer incoming Service and Sales Internet leads in a
courteous and professional manner.--- Document conversations with
customers in a detailed and through manner to allow reference of
conversation notes at a future date. --- Enter date and maintain
customer database and tracking programs while maintaining the
highest level of customer information confidentiality. --- Maintain
and update Excel files and Google docs to track and report monthly
progress.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:--- High School Diploma or equivalent.---
Intermediate to advance computer skills required.PI186217065
