Business Development Center Sales Manager will be responsible for
phone, internet, and equity mining generated sales, will supervise
BDC sales, internet sales and equity mining representatives. BDC
Sales Manager in conjunction with BDC Service Manager will
supervise and execute the duties of the BDC.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Staff
Management for BDC Sales, Internet Sales and Equity Mining (EM).--
Hire, evaluate, train, motivate, coach, and monitor the performance
of all BDC Sales, Internet Sales and EM representatives-- Direct
and schedule the activities of BDC Sales and EM representatives--
Ensure staff adherence to pre-set processes, phone scripts and
procedures-- Meet goals and objectives set for appointments and
closing %'s, sales-- Develop programs of improvement for staff who
are not meeting objectives-- Oversee the responses to all incoming
Sales leads and Sales Calls for Dealership ensuring successful
handoffs of phone and internet leads to Sales Consultants & Sales
Management-- Collect and analyze metrics for reporting purposes--
Perform ongoing research and documentation of irregularities in
sales process; website, phone system, and database - notify
management to ensure corrective action to resolve issues --
Establish SOP's for BDC Sales-- Ensure that all customers are
treated with the highest level of customer service-- Ensure
adherence to Chevrolet BDC Assessment Standards Equity Mining--
Research and implement an Equity Mining (EM) sales process for
dealership-- Maintain EM tool use and effectiveness-- Track data
for EM effectiveness -- Explore and develop new EM opportunities
for dealership -- Develop KBB Program as a component of the EM
planInternet Sales Team Management-- Track lead data for
accountability of Internet Team-- Conduct management follow-up
calls for Internet LeadsVinsolutions-- Administrate CRM-- Handle
CRM Issues-- Meet monthly with CRM representative for training and
CRM info-- Ensure managers have information regarding changes in
CRM-- Train new sales and service in the CRM-- Manage the fair and
effective distribution of CRM leads-- Manage, correct and ensure
the cleanest possible data representation in the CRM
Requirements:
Education and Experience:-- High School Diploma or Equivalent.--
Preferred at least one year of Automotive and Finance sales.--
Valid Driver License and clean driving record
