Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Handyman\ Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our apartments, ensuring that both indoor and outdoor areas are well-maintained and safe for use. This role requires a hands-on approach to various maintenance tasks, including: groundskeeping, unit turns, painting, general carpentry, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds.


Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.


General carpentry, plumbing, appliance installs, and groundskeeping.


Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with safety regulations and standards.


Keep accurate records of maintenance activities performed.



Skills

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for various maintenance tasks.


Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.


Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.





Pay: $25 $26 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
