POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Experience Consultant is primarily
responsible for delivering new and used vehicles to the customers
using Ressler's procedures. Customer Experience Consultant will be
become certified for the brand(s) they will primarily be delivering
while maintaining the highest level of customer service and
satisfaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Delivery Duties:-- Become an expert
in product knowledge of all brand models.-- Strive for a perfect
delivery to all customers, including but not limited to: a service
walk, a clean vehicle, a full tank of gas and ensuring that each
customer understands their vehicle technology.-- Obtain basic
knowledge of automotive systems and thorough knowledge of prices,
models, series, options, specifications, and other variations of
the manufacturer's products.-- Demonstrate polished communication
skills with customers, including the ability to present the
dealership's products and to pinpoint customers' needs by
interviewing and questioning.-- Become brand certified within six
(6) months of hire date and maintain certification annually. --
Work systematically not only in the sales process but also in the
process of handling the many administrative requirements of the
position, such as paperwork, reports and logging every customer. --
Inspect vehicles prior to delivery.Customer Experience Duties:--
Review CSI survey with all customers and maintain excellent CSI
scores by following up with customers after sale and delivery.--
Learn sales procedures including Ressler Motors Best Price system,
processes, and follow-up and maintain a basic knowledge about
competitor's products and prices.-- Master the ability to network,
follow up on prospects, and ask for referrals.-- Demonstrate
sensitivity toward customers and have a strong interest in
exceeding customers' expectations.-- Attend mandatory meetings,
including, but not limited to, sales, team, and training. --
Perform lot duties, including but not limited to, snow removal on
vehicles, parking, display, pricing, lockup, and trade-in
procedure.-- Maintain showroom including but not limited to:
vehicle placement, straight and orderly displays, dusting vehicles,
orderly showroom desks, signage, etc.-- Insure an exceptional
customer experience by providing beverages, instructions on how to
use Wi-Fi, and directions to various service departments.GENERAL
POSITION DUTIES: -- Follow procedures and policies set forth by
management, the Employee Handbook and the Non-DOT Drug and Alcohol
Policy.-- Keep a neat and orderly work station.-- Be willing to
perform necessary tasks outside of normally assigned duties and
responsibilities to help the Sales Manager operate the Sales
Department productively and efficiently.-- Follow Ressler Motor

duties assigned by supervisor.
