SAV Digital Environments sells, designs, installs and services cutting-edge home automation, audio-visual and security systems for luxury residential and commercial spaces in the Gallatin Valley. SAV has been in business for 15 years, is wildly successful and is among the largest AV integrators in the country. We are now looking to hire a full-time technician to join our elite Client Services Team. The Client Services Technician is responsible for providing efficient, concierge-level service and seamless communication between the client and the company. Client Services Technicians also provide systems training to clients, discuss technical aspects of system equipment and recommend necessary upgrades, and they trouble-shoot and resolve issues that arise with various automation systems, including AV, home theater, climate control, lighting, motorized shades/blinds, network and voice AI.

• Provide highly professional concierge-level service to luxury property owners who have exacting expectations.
• Consistently respond to clients within required time frames.
• Manage field-level service and communication with SAV's service support team to ensure projects are successfully completed and problems are fully resolved, leaving the client's property clean and flawlessly functional.
• Responsible for the seamless technical performance and attractive cosmetic appearance of all equipment and systems on each completed service call.
• Recommend SAV Service Plans and system upgrades.
• Manage workload in a smart, efficient manner to maximize billable time without sacrificing quality. Desired Experience:
  • Deep knowledge of technology systems integration, including audio-visual, lighting, shades, climate control and telephone and computer networks, and ability to setup, configure, calibrate, and commission equipment after physical installation.
  • Knowledge of a variety of control systems, such as Control4, Crestron, Savant, and Lutron, including the ability to install and support the programming department with downloads.
  • Ability to setup remotes, keypads, and touch screens unsupervised.
  • Knowledge of cable TV systems-termination, distribution amps, signal balancing, and ability to test and troubleshoot unsupervised.
  • Knowledge of the construction and design/build industry, trade coordination, and project management.
  • Knowledge of and experience with security and CCTV systems preferred. Attributes:
