Job Description:

Client Community Associate The Client Community Associate is responsible for day-to-day support of client projects across the spectrum of client convening, executive community building, event management and experiential marketing. It however, has a special focus on our mainline work of building and growing client executive communities. She/he is responsible for the support of multiple projects under the guidance and direction of H2A Principals and contributes to the effective execution of client projects. Client Project responsibilities: Project / Event management Extensive client communications both written and by-phone to ensure effective delivery of event invitations, driving follow-up processes, and arranging "white-glove" - treatment for attending executives List and CRM management Executive community building and project management Collaborating with key client stakeholders in the development of a community strategy and comprehensive value proposition to attract and retain senior decision makers in individual or a series of multiple events Setting community building strategy for multi-local convening programs; bridging events with other community development activities including sponsorships Recruiting executive members or meeting participants Leveraging established communities in the development of knowledge and insights for use in publishing, speaking engagements and other dissemination channels. Executing geographic specific events Client and relationship development Executing comprehensive follow-up and tracking process enabling clients to build commercial relationships and sell engagements to members of their client communities and executive attendees at events Coaching clients in the most effective engagement approaches for building new relationships with members of their community and experiential marketing efforts Desired skills/knowledge/experience Client service An extremely high level of customer service that puts our clients needs above our own Proficiency in leading multi-faceted projects in high-demand environments often times catering to various different stakeholders throughout the process Creative and flexible approach to delivering value-added services that enhance our client's experience with H2A Strong knowledge of the professional services industry and associated client delivery models Ability to manage multiple client engagements at one time across international geographies and time zones Communications Mastery in verbal communications (e.g. framing, delivering and disseminating) Experience delivering presentations to large or small groups of senior executives in various formats (e.g. virtual, by-phone, in-person, etc.) Proficient in capturing the attention of and engaging senior leaders by-phone Proficient in the use of PowerPoint as a communication vehicle Exemplary written communication skills for senior audiences - well structured, reasoned and grammatically correct Ability to absorb broad concepts for the development of clear concise messaging/summaries Teamwork and collaboration A collaborative team-oriented work style which is adaptive to different situations and contexts Ability to lead and manage both within H2A as well as client delivery teams Skills to balance the needs of multiple leaders both within H2A as well as clients, balancing a prioritizing urgent and important tasks High degree of emotional intelligence Project management and problem solving Ability to be a self-starter and capable of envisioning and driving to successful project end states Approaching all work in an entrepreneurial spirit seeking to be the source of new and improving solutions Advanced qualitative research skills including interviewing, web-based research and effectively synthesizing across diverse individuals and sources Ability to multi-task and prioritize; delivering several projects simultaneously Strong organizational skills balanced with the ability to prioritize when nearing deadlines Desired experience Experience working in professional service firms and business-to-business industries preferred An advanced degree preferred but not necessary Strong, demonstrated skills working in a Microsoft Office environment A background in events marketing a plus Entrepreneurial mindset essential Working requirements Ability and willingness to travel - time, primarily domestically but some international possible Capable of working in both a hands-on team environment as well as individually when necessary Based in Bozeman, MT
