Description:THIS POSITION IS IN PERSON. The IT Specialist uses a variety of soft skills, technical skills, and industry knowledge to provide efficient and comprehensive information technology support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Set up new PCs to operate and print on the network.Perform regular maintenance for phone systems, computer systems, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment.Ensure adequate printer supplies are always on hand.Set up printers to scan to PC's.Set up email for users via Google WorkspaceAdminister phone systems users, VM, and passwords.Administer users and permissions on server(s)Administer settings in SonicWall.Administer users for multiple systems, including, but not limited to CDK, Global, Dealer Daily, Cox Automotive.Administer camera systems.Provide technical support and guidance to internal customers in multiple locations.Troubleshoot all PC, printer, phone, and network related issues.Administer and maintain network cable infrastructure.All other duties assigned by management.

  Requirements:Education and Experience:High School Diploma or Equivalent.Valid Driver License and clean driving record required.2 years' experience in a professional IT setting is preferred.
