Job Description:
About the Role: We are looking for an IT Leader to lead the
Vertical Business Unit (VBU) IT team. In this role, you will be a
strategic leader that will envision, build, deploy, and maintain
the VBU information technology (IT) capabilities. Includes
planning, prioritizing and/or directing the work of Associates on
their teams, establishing team goals for P&D, participating in
the C&C process, developing individuals and/or teams, providing
feedback, being accountable for hiring, investments, time and other
approvals.
This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at our
Bozeman facility in Bozeman, Montana, hybrid or fully remote work
allowedin most locations within the United States, depending upon
the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the
continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate
approval and compliance with Gore's remote working policies, from
the country in which they are employed. For fully remote roles, the
following locations are not eligible for new fully remote work
arrangements: Alaska and Hawaii (for all roles), and Rhode Island
(for wage/hourly roles only) .
