POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Development Center Sales/Service Representative is primarily responsible for answering all incoming phone calls and serving customers enthusiastically on the phone, via e-mail, and instant messaging, securing and updating confidential customer information, and scheduling sales appointments while maintaining the highest level of customer service, satisfaction, and retention.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Answer incoming calls, schedule sales/service appointments, and secure client information in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer incoming sales/service appointment requests and Internet leads for Toyota, Chevrolet and Cadillac and ensure successful handoffs of phone and internet leads to Sales/Service Consultants.
• Adhere to pre-set phone scripts and make suggestions for improvements to management.
• Document conversations with customers in a detailed and thorough manner to allow reference of conversation notes at a future date.
• Follow up with and re-schedule "no-show" customer appointments.
• Perform ongoing research and documentation of irregularities in sales/service process, website, phone system, and database and notify management to ensure corrective action to improve process.
• Accurately maintain customer databases and tracking programs while maintaining the highest level of customer information confidentiality.

  Education and Experience:
  
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills required.
  • Valid Driver License and clean driving record required.
    
    Pay is hourly plus commission.
    
    $16/hr + comm = $19-21/hr
