Candidates must be able to multitask, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, exhibit mastery in client service, and have a positive outlook. Responsibilities include friendly interaction with clients, answering phones, message taking and scheduling appointments, perform efficient patient check in and check out procedures and maintain professional appearance of reception area. Must possess basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft/Office software. Veterinary clinic experience desired but will train the right candidate.
