POSITION SUMMARY: The Warranty Administrator is primarily responsible for ensuring that the appropriate warranty documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Flag warranty work orders with labor times.
Write and close all Audi/VW PDIs.
Close out all and submit all warranty repair orders for Audi and Volkswagen.
Close out Parts Department warranty over-the-counter parts tickets.
Process warranty claim memos and rectify any claim errors and resubmit accordingly.
Assist managers with tracking down repair orders that have not been closed for various reasons.
Review and maintain all assigned schedules.
Submit transportation damage and letter of notification.
Create transportation ROs.
Check all ROs before they are submitted for scanning.
Post all global warranty & credits.
File PDI form in new car deal jackets.
Complete all Center for Learning training each quarter.
