What's the OPPORTUNITY? - Consumer Lending SpecialistAs a Consumer Lending Specialist you take care of our credit union members by assisting them with their financing needs. You will be able to take a wholistic, member-care approach to discover opportunities to improve our member's financial lives and help them provide for their needs today while protecting their financial tomorrow.The Consumer Lending Specialist is so much more than a provider of loans. Our lenders have the opportunity every day to make substantial positive impacts in our members' financial lives. Through a member-service focus, our lenders take a "deep dive"-- - into each member's financial situation and look for possible ways to improve their financial lives through recommending Intrepid Credit Union products & services. Our lenders often become trusted resources for our members. Your success as a consumer lending specialist is largely in your own hands. We provide the training and the tools; you bring the passion for helping others and making a real difference in people's lives.In addition to our generous benefit package the base pay for the Lending Specialist position begins at $17.29/hour for our Helena locations and $19.29/hour for our Bozeman location with the opportunity to earn additional incentives each month.
