Job Description:
A Bakery Clerk provides safe, efficient labor packaging,
finishing, handling of all products as recommended and with proper
equipment. A Bakery Clerk will be an assistant to all areas of
bakery. They will handle scheduled duties and be responsible for
shutting down bakery at end of day. A Bakery Clerk cleans, sweeps,
Mops, and makes sure bakery is ready for next days production. A
Bakery clerk may assist in the deli. Other Duties May Be
