Support Specialist who demonstrates professionalism, core values
and efficiency in all aspects as the initial point of contact from
the customer for Heat, Plumbing, Billings, Aqua Systems and Light
Civil. Primary function will be to answer and dictate customer
calls to best serve the customer. You will be responsible for
gathering detailed and accurate information while documenting job
details in our HVAC/Plumbing software system. What You'll Do:
- Answer phones to best qualify customer needs (occasional
walk-ins).
- Relays messages and special instructions to service
technicians.
- Keeps record of service calls and work orders in Service
Titan.
- Occasionally collects accounts receivable and past due
balances.
- Monitor emergency calls and work with Technicians Support
Specialist to handle priority jobs.
- Responsible for making follow-up calls with customers to record
satisfaction with service, possible concerns, further needs, and
general feedback.
- Client confirmation calls (when short staffed may consider
delegating to Technician Support Specialist).
- May interact with vendors in matters regarding supplies and
materials.
- Occasionally supports answering phones for main office.
- Work closely with team to provide feedback and training
opportunities to leadership. What You Bring:

- Some knowledge of building maintenance needs and service
requirements.
- Some knowledge of the practices, methods, materials, and
