If you're ready to work with a dealership that has your best interests at heart, then come to Ressler Motors.POSITION SUMMARY: The Glass Assistant is primarily responsible for helping perform the installation of vehicle windshields per estimate and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer specifications and time standards while maintaining the highest level of customer service, satisfaction, and retention. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Coordinate work schedule with Production Manager and Windshield Coordinator.Notify management of any issues that may prevent a quality job from being completed or a possible change in delivery time. Assist installing windshields in customer and sales vehicles per manufacture standards.Help remove and install glass for repairs.Ensure that the vehicle is clean and free of any debris from the windshield installation. Provide clarification for any customer questions that may arise. Assist in training the glass installation process.Delivery of all customer and sales vehicles in and out of the facility. Maintain tools and equipment in a proper state of repair.Maintain and wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.Follow all safety and health procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
-- High School Diploma or Equivalent. Valid Driver License and clean driving record required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The Collision Center Glass Technician will be exposed to dust, noise, vibration, exhaust fumes, hazardous, and non-hazardous materials and inclement weather. He or she will work in an open garage area. This position requires stooping, bending, and moving throughout the facility and may occasionally lift parts up to 75 lbs. or more. The Glass Technician will wear a uniform and additional personal protective equipment depending on the task being performed. PI182854418
