PayneWest is looking for a highly collaborative, passionate and forward-thinking Associate Director of Commercial Insurance.

 

As a vital member of the Client Relations leadership team, the Associate Director of Commercial Insurance will collaborate cross-functionally to execute our client relations vision and strategy in support of our overall objectives. We’re looking for a leader who’s passionate about commercial insurance, identifying opportunities to do things better, and inspiring our colleagues to strive for excellence and stay ahead of the competition. Commercial Insurance is a critical component to our business; our ideal candidate will respond with agility to changing objectives and industry trends.

  • Act as a trusted advisor; build and maintain relationships with the Client Relations management team and the leaders of each department.
  • Recruit, develop and lead a team of highly talented and efficient client relations insurance professionals.
  • Collaborate with management to maintain a current understanding of new technologies and platforms and identify areas to increase efficiency and productivity through an enhanced understanding of PayneWest’s business processes, roles and responsibilities.
  • Maintain positive carrier and vendor relationships to meet client and agency goals and objectives.
  • Promote a “client-focused” operation by collaborating with all departments across the organization to develop, expand and implement solutions.
  • Actively support our core value of “excellence” by seeking opportunities for self-development to stay current regarding insurance knowledge, customer service and supervisory procedures and practices.
  • Actively participate as a leader in company initiatives and support our core values; including but not limited to driving and promoting community involvement of others.

  • You’ve got the experience. You boast experience in a professional service-related leadership role and hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business or a related field.
