ProfessionalA Snapshot of Your DayWeare seeking a Logistics Process
Operator with a strong background in transportation and supply
chain operations. In this role, you will manage transport and
customs documentation, coordinate with internal and external
partners, and organize transport orders according to schedules and
contractual agreements. You will also verify 3PL invoices, prepare
Intrastat documentation, and monitor dispatch activities while
addressing issues such as delays or damages. The position involves
supporting continuous process improvements and ensuring compliance
with internal policies and external regulations, reporting directly
to the Managing Director.How You'll Make an Impact* Prepare and
manage transport and customs documentation, ensuring all required
papers are complete and accurate* Coordinate with internal and
external partners to clarify and validate all transport-related
documents* Order transports in line with defined schedules,
preferred carriers, and contractual agreements* Verify and process
3PL invoices, ensuring accuracy from order to billing, and prepare
statistical (Intrastat) documentation* Oversee dispatch activities
according to logistics concepts, provide status updates to relevant
stakeholders, and handle discrepancies (e.g., damages, delays)*
Support process improvements while ensuring full compliance with
internal policies and external regulations* This role is reporting
directly to the managing directorWhat You Bring* Educational
degree: Bachelor's degree* Type of education: Supply Chain,
Logistics, or a related business field, or equivalent education*
Required knowledge: Excellent knowledge of English, German language
preferred; high level of computer skills; proven experience in
transportation management across all modes (air, sea, and ground),
including transport ordering, monitoring, and project logistics;
strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, customer and
solution orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a team
environment.* Work Experience: 3 years of experience in the same or
