Martel Construction is seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist.Martel Construction has been a general contractor based in Bozeman, MT since 1960. The firm has offices in Bozeman, Bigfork, and Missoula.This person will directly support nearly 100 users and their technology which typically includes a computer, mobile device(s), printer, and related hardware and software. They will also be responsible for the internal, external, and cloud networks in all three offices and all jobsites. You will be the primary help desk contact for the company's basic technology issues.Specific Responsibilities Include:-Setup and configure workstation and notebook computers for users and all related hardware and software.-Conduct regular cleaning, updating, and virus scans of all company computers and hardware.-Setup mobile devices and ensure they have adequate screen protection and cases. Offer quick service when a device is lost or damaged.-Setup, organize, and maintain the cloud-based project daily reporting software (Raken).-Setup and support web-based conference services like WebEx, GoToMeeting, and Skype.-Conduct informal company training on company hardware and software like Office365, Bluebeam, and SharePoint.-Other tasks not-related to IT might be assigned.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a combination of related education and experience.Software Experience: Knowledge of installing and configuring windows.
