Job Description:
Description Bartender Department: Bar 72 Reports to: Restaurant
Managers, Other Department Managers General Purpose: Makes and
serves guests delicious beverages following established standards
with hospitality and professionalism. Creates memorable dining
experiences through personalized and genuine interactions.
Essential Duties: Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages,
assists in cost control Assists department leaders with the
creation of seasonal cocktails and the development of a menu
Maintains inventory control through conscientious use with careful
monitoring of all food and beverage products. Communicate with
management promptly when supplies are needed. Ensures compliance
with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures
provided by the management. Communicate guest requests and concerns
to the Department Manager. Responsibly serves alcohol - cuts off
members/guests when needed. Performs opening and closing duties
which include, but are not limited to: cleaning, and restocking.
Accountable for member transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales
System. Reviews the schedule for changes, calendar of events, and
special events. Serve catered parties from service or portable
bars. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Regular
and reliable attendance with a positive mindset and a friendly
attitude to fellow employees. Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum three shifts a week with the
availability option for 1 shift Sunday-Tuesday (serving shifts as
well). Certificates/Licenses: ServSafe Certified (Food & Alcohol)
or TIPS equivalent. This job description is not an exclusive or
