then Yellowstone Club is looking for you. Yellowstone Club’s Food &
Beverage department is currently seeking candidates for a Banquet
Service Supervisor for the upcoming Summer Season! The purpose of
the Banquet Supervisor is to manage the aspects of banquets or
events including set-up, menu selection and food presentation,
serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail and quality
presentation and customer service. Ensure that each member and
guest receive outstanding guest service in a guest-friendly
environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every member
and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product
knowledge and all other components of guest service.
Responsibilities Include: Provide training, coaching and counseling
to all F&B employees under their assigned outlet Follow
established policies and practice for the banquets department
Provide a level of service that meets the highest standards in the
Hospitality industry Oversee staff to ensure crews are utilizing
department practices for consistency Assist Management to lead the
service team through the event from start to finish Converse with
the Membership and guests in a hospitable and professional manner
Position Requirements: High school diploma, GED or vocational
training or job-related course work 3 years plus of Food & Beverage
experience; hospitality setting desired, but not required 1 year of
supervisory experience required The position offered is a seasonal
position located in Big Sky, Montana. Yellowstone Club offers great
