Yellowstone Club’s Food & Beverage department is currently seeking candidates for a Banquet & Catering Server for the upcoming Summer season! The purpose of the Banquet & Catering Server is to provide food and beverage service to Members and guests with a focus on excellence, consistency and the Member/guest experience. Responsibilities Include: Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service. Empowered to guarantee total Member satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our Members at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our Members and guests and assure that all transactions are handled in a legal and ethical manner. Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for team members, Members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the Assistant General Manager or Human Resources immediately. Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Yellowstone Club team members to foster and promote a positive working environment Take and serve orders. Bus tables, carry dishes and trays of food and glassware. Attend to Members and guests upon entrance. Know or learn Member’s names immediately. Relay any special dietary restrictions and special requests to the culinary staff. Work in collaboration with other teammates to deliver Member and guests expectations. Maintain a clean, organized dining room and work station. Efficient use of the POS system, including ringing in tickets, closing out shifts and adding special requests/notes, and the difference between comps and voids. Position Requirements: High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work required 2-3 years of serving experience in a fine dining restaurant 3-5 years of experience in a smaller, full-service restaurant would be considered ServSafe and TIPS certifications Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly and legibly Able to perform basic math calculation The position offered is an on-call position located in Big Sky, Montana.
