then Yellowstone Club is looking for you. Yellowstone Club’s Health
& Wellness department is currently seeking candidates for a Spa
Supervisor for the upcoming Summer season! Our Summer employment
months are June - September. The purpose of the Spa Supervisor is
to provide professional, efficient, friendly and happy service for
our Members and guests of Yellowstone Club, eventually enhancing,
creating and realizing all revenue and profit opportunities. As
well as support the management team through recruiting, training,
motivating and leading the spa concierge and spa attendant
personnel. Major Responsibilities: Ensure that each Member and
guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment which
includes greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest,
maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge
and all other components of guest service. Empowered to guarantee
total Member satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism
to our Members at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone
Club professionally with our Members and guests and assure that all
transactions are handled in a legal and ethical manner. Understand
and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a
secure and safe environment for team Members, Members, and guests
at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek
medical attention if necessary and contact the Assistant General
Manager or Human Resources immediately. Maintain a favorable
working relationship with all Yellowstone Club team Members to
foster and promote a positive working environment. Essential Job
Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be

gracious front desk procedures in the booking and handling of
customers. Responsible for being knowledgeable in regards to all
spa services, pricing, and other services provided by YC Spa, Salon
& Fitness Professionally exhibit proper telephone etiquette with
guests in compliance with the terminology dictated by the spa
management. Enthusiastically serve guests in a timely manner, while
implementing proper service standards. Practice all sanitation and
safety guidelines provided by both the Department of Health and the
spa. Proactively maintain cleanliness standards in all areas of the
Spa, Salon, Retail & Fitness. Professionally take and confirm
reservations for all services and treatments offered at the spa.
Answer all incoming calls in an efficient and friendly manner.
Consistently provide guests with the requested information
concerning their needs. Possess an ability to effectively sell and
upsell. Efficiently process all incoming reservations received
Promptly mail all literature requests and confirmations. Reply to
inquiries and requests via website and administrative messages.
Financial Provide support to the Spa Management team through
excellent communication and business analysis. Assist in developing
procedures for accurate inventory control and monitoring Spa guest
supplies. Implement opportunities for managing operational costs
and boosting the bottom line. Marketing Assist in developing and
maintaining gracious and efficient Spa Front Desk and Reservations
procedures, with proactive anticipation of guest and Member needs.
Assist in effectively providing product/service knowledge to the
staff with training and trend presentations to maximize the guest
experience. Involve, engage and motivate the YC Club employee to
proactively sell and recommend the Spa. Consistently develop
dynamic practices and grow sales through training, tools and
monitoring. Ensure the Spa, Salon, Retail and Fitness Center are
always staged for maximum buyer impact. Guest Service Anticipate,
identify and ensure customer needs are being met in the best
possible way. Assist the Spa Manager in monitoring customer
satisfaction with surveys, focus groups, mystery shops and comment
cards. Develop and deliver credible, competitive, value-plus
service to the customer. Guide staff to become caring problem
solvers, cooperative, accommodating and fair. Exhibit a
professional attitude, diplomacy and an ability to handle difficult
situations. Uphold and ensure gracious procedures in the handling
of customers. Maintain fresh, effective programs that assist in
consistently retaining and growing our customer base. Maintain
compensation guidelines for customer complaint handling. Staffing
and Human Resources Work with the Spa Manager to develop a
recruitment kit for effective recruiting, screening, interviewing
and hiring of Coordinators. Implement ongoing skills training to
ensure service standards are being upheld. Assist with developing
and monitoring job descriptions and staff goals planning. Help
maintain staff licensing and certifications, ensuring accuracy and
compliance. Assist the Spa Manager to perform staff evaluation
reports with proposed action plans. Effectively administer and
monitor attendant scheduling procedures. Demonstrate an exceptional
level of professionalism for the staff to emulate. Create a
motivating environment of sincerity, warmth and fun for staff and
guests. Implement negative staff behavior and dismissal guidelines
with follow-through. Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with direct
reports. Create the culture of continuous improvements, fun on the
job and career growth. Operations Always maintain the Spa, Salon,
Retail and Fitness Center in a very clean, organized and efficient
way. Maintain an up to date version of the spa procedure manual and
ensure Attendant compliance. Attend management meetings and convey
all relevant information throughout the Spa. Work with Spa Manager
to hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all
aspects of the Spa’s operation. Ensure equipment is maintained in
good working order. Minimize or eliminate losses through negligence
with monitoring programs. Implement clearly established opening and
closing procedures. Manage inventory effectively; follow purchasing
standards and ensure compliance. Supervision Ensure timely
completion of all supervisory duties. Supervise Coordinating staff.
Assist with training, supervising and scheduling of all therapists,
salon, spa concierge, and locker attendants. With the Spa Manager,
administer and oversee performance evaluations for all .
Professionally handle all spa guest disputes and concerns. Assist
Spa Manager with implementation of Spa procedural and training
materials. Assist and support entire spa management team as
necessary. Assist Management team with operations, problem-solving
and training. Ensure that all Spa team Members deliver exceptional,
unparalleled guest experience and customer service to Spa patrons.
Other Duties and Responsibilities: Perform all duties and

with established Club policies, procedures, and standards of
service to achieve the overall objectives of this position. Meet
departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and
consistency standards. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.

Members at all time. Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all

to Members and guests at all times. Must be able to work flexible
work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Long

Required High School or equivalent education required.
Experience/Education Preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred. At
least two years in a top resort/spa operation. Certificates &
Licenses Valid State Driver’s License Computer Skills Able to
perform basic computer skills and willing to be trained on specific
spa, salon & fitness software. Language Ability Able to speak
clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors
and other Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly and
legibly. Math Ability Able to perform basic math calculations.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve basic problems and/or know when
it is necessary to get a manager to assist in problem solving. Work
Environment The work environment characteristics described here are

is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems. Must be
able to stand and exert well-paced ability for up to four hours in
length. Walking and standing are required. Length of time of these
tasks may vary from day to day and task to task. Must be able to
lift up to 15lbs. On a regular and continuing basis. Requires
grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions,
bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of
communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees. Vision
occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being
those of near vision and depth perception. Ability to spend
extended lengths of time viewing a computer screen. Requires manual
dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment. Must have
finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment such as
