Job Description Job Description Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Hospitality AM Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Hospitality Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. Duties/Responsibilities: Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome Assist guests with their needs and requests Maintain a clean and organized work environment Prepare and serve food and beverages Handle cash and credit card transactions Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their experience Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred Education sufficient to read, write, and speak as needed for the job. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing and walking, frequently lifting, pulling, and bending. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
