We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. This is a full-time, onsite position. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, as well as a background in or strong knowledge of graphic design. If you love interacting with people, you are urgent and detailed, and you're interested in new opportunities, career growth, and a positive, fast-paced work environment, we want to hear from you!Compensation:$19 - $23 hourlyResponsibilities:Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
Make sure each customer's complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction

Accurately take order information from the customer and enter it into the MISCreate estimates in a timely mannerFollow up on all production functions to ensure timely output of the productMust be able to manage 20+ jobs at a timeQualifications:High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills

Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
