We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, as well as a background in or strong knowledge of graphic design. Responsibilities:

--- Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
--- Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
--- Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
--- Make sure each customer's complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
--- Accurately take order information from the customer and enter it into the MIS
--- Create estimates in a timely manner
--- Follow up on all production functions to ensure timely output of the product
--- Must be able to manage 20+ jobs at a time

Qualifications:

--- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
--- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills

--- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
--- Background in graphic design
--- You are urgent and accurate
--- You pay attention to all the details
--- You can be on-site full-time M-F
