Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Clancy, MT Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,008 to $1,152 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 7 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $28.00 - $32.00/Hourly. Summary: A Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) works under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. They assist in implementing treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring physical function. Responsibilities: Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training activities. Use techniques such as stretching, strengthening, balance training, and mobility exercises. Apply physical therapy modalities (e.g., heat, cold, ultrasound, electrical stimulation). Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the Physical Therapist.
