Active Montana state PT license prior to the assignment start. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred. Client requirement: ability to work and manage caseload in a skilled nursing facility environment. Preferred: experience with documentation systems commonly used in post-acute care. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: day. Start: 04/19/2026; assignment length: 13-week contract. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week as indicated by client. Location: Deer Lodge, MT area. Facility address on file.
