8am-5pm Job Setting: Clinic/Ambulatory Coverage Types of Cases:
Provide patient care including diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment
of conditions requiring medical care. Clinical services in-person
or via telehealth. Emergency/on-call coverage as required.
Credentialing: Facility Credentialing Managed by Client Minimum
Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible: ABMS or equivalent AOA
Board Certification in the specialty(s) or subspecialty(s) of
practice Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for
healthcare providers. DEA Registration schedules II V. Completion
of graduate medical education training program in the specialty(s)
or subspecialty(s) of practice. Graduate education obtained through
an ACGME or AOA accredited institution. Licensure: Active medical
licensure, or in process of obtaining licensure, in the state of
