MRI Tech Location: Bozeman, MT Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,530 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: Diagnostic Imaging Specialty: MRI Technologist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Friday - Sunday Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Registered in MRI Certifications: ARRT Certified MRI Technician certification Must-Have: Graduate of a CAHEA accredited Radiology program Description: The MRI Technologist provides healthcare services by assisting in diagnosis or treatment. The role involves performing MRI procedures and related techniques, producing images for interpretation by a licensed practitioner. The MRI Technologist performs MRI exams and procedures as requested by the medical staff. Assists Radiologists and other medical staff during exams and procedures. Performs ancillary duties to maintain proper distribution, billing, and archival of exams and procedures. Completes documentation in a designated area of all information required for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams. Retrieves and files exam jackets, written orders, and related health information to ensure timely performance and reporting of MRI exams and procedures. Participates in the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of hospital quality indicators as described in the strategic plan.
