Pay: $2,500 to $2,700 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/3/2026 About the Position Certified Surgical Technologist – OR (Bozeman, MT) Company: Bozeman Deaconess Hospital Location: 915 Highland Blvd., Bozeman, MT 59715 Job Type: Contract (13 weeks) Shift: 4×10 weekdays on call Job Description: We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our OR team. The Surgical Technologist functions as a scrub person under the supervision of the surgeon and RN, ensuring the OR is safe, properly equipped, and that procedures are conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety. Responsibilities: Prepare case carts per preference cards Coordinate instrumentation with OR and sterile processing staff Communicate daily schedule and identify turnover delays Assist SPD and Surgical Services with supply and instrument procurement Maintain core communications, breaks, and lunches Requirements Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Graduate of accredited Surgical Technologist program or equivalent military training BLS certification (AHA) Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Must live at least 90 miles from the facility Benefits Additional Info: Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract Trauma Level: Level 3
