Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Location: Bozeman, MT Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,736 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified NICU RN in Bozeman, Montana, 59715! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neonatal ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse) Certifications: American Heart Association BLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program Provider, STABLE certification Must-Have: One year of NICU, Labor & Delivery, ED, or Intensive Care nursing experience Description: The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative and cooperative relationship with other members of the health care team. The nurse plans and implements patient and family education. The nurse is responsible for assessing the needs and initiating appropriate interventions for patients. Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or the situation. Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues. Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient or the situation. Develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes. Implements the identified plan of care. Employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment. Systematically enhances the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice. Attains knowledge and competency that reflects current nursing practice. Evaluates one's own nursing practice in relation to professional practice standards and guidelines, relevant statutes, rules, and regulations. Interacts with and contributes to the professional development of peers and colleagues. Collaborates with patients, families, and others in the conduct of nursing practice. Integrates ethical provisions in all areas of practice. Integrates research findings into practice. Provides leadership in the professional practice setting and the profession. Demonstrates sound judgment, patience, and maintains a professional demeanor at all times. Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment.
