are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Outpatient
Receptionist to support daily clinic operations, patient flow, and
administrative tasks. This role ensures efficient scheduling,
accurate documentation, and excellent patient service in a
fast-paced environment. The position also provides direct
scheduling and administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer
during outpatient clinic hours. Ideal Candidate Characteristics
Warm, professional, and calm demeanor when working with patients,
families, and providers Highly organized with strong attention to
detail and follow-through Comfortable managing multiple priorities
in a fast-paced outpatient clinic Proficient with electronic health
records, scheduling systems, and standard office software Strong
written and verbal communication skills, including phone and
in-person interactions Reliable, accountable, and able to work
independently after training Collaborative team player who partners
well with providers and operations leaders Experienced with
insurance processes, prior authorizations, and accurate
documentation Adaptable and service-oriented, with a
patient-centered mindset Experience working with children and
families in a healthcare or behavioral health setting preferred Why

This position starts at $16.83 per hour. Requirements: Required:
High school diploma or GED. Minimum of one year of experience in an
outpatient or medical office setting. Experience with electronic
medical records and strong computer proficiency. Preferred:
Experience in a behavioral health environment, particularly with
children and families.
