The Perioperative Services Manager administers, supervises and
coordinates all peri-operative services. The peri-operative manager
is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and
evaluation of the surgical services for the organization. The
manager is responsible for budgeting; employee supervision;
planning and directing work of employees; and addressing complaints
and resolving problems within and between departments, continually
collaborating with providers. This position evaluates clinical
practices to maintain a high standard of care and implements
improvements as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Incumbents with a
strong background in peri-operative services management is
necessary A minimum of five (5) years' experience in peri-operative
and/or in a healthcare/clinical background required Consideration
of education and related experiences may be evaluated for
outstanding candidates Previous surgical services management
experience is required BLS for non-clinical/licensed managers is
required ACLS is required for clinical/degreed managers. Facility
