Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Bozeman, MT Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $2,286 to $2,480 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title RN - OR City/State: Bozeman, Montana Shift: Variable day shift positions with call. 4-10s or 3-12s with a 4 hr Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 02/05/2026 Job Description: The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative and cooperative relationship with other members of the health care team, plans and implements patient and family education, and is responsible for assessing the needs and initiating appropriate intervention for patients. Responsibilities: Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or the situation. Analyzes the assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues. Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient. Develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes. Implements the identified plan of care. Employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment. Systematically enhances the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice. Attains knowledge and competency that reflects current nursing practice. Evaluates one's own nursing practice in relation to professional practice standards and guidelines. Interacts with and contributes to the professional development of peers and colleagues. Collaborates with patient, family, and others in the conduct of nursing practice. Integrates ethical provisions in all areas of practice. Integrates research findings into practice. Provides leadership in the professional practice setting and the profession. Requirements: Bachelor's degree from accredited School of Nursing, Associates degree, or Diploma. Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse). American Heart Association BLS. American Heart Association ACLS within 6 months of hire. 18 months of Registered Nurse experience. Preferred: Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR). Preferred: 1 year circulating experience. Preferred: 1 year scrub experience. Complies with hospital policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines related to care for patients with hyperacute and acute stroke. Participates in two hours of initial cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education within one year of hire. Participates in one hour annually of cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education.
