a qualified OR RN in Bozeman, Montana, 59715! Job Title: Registered

Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Registered Nurse
Certifications: BLS, ACLS within 6 months of hire Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Nursing, Associate's
degree, or Diploma Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse) American
Heart Association BLS American Heart Association ACLS within 6
months of hire Description: The Registered Nurse works in
collaboration with other members of the health care team. The Nurse
plans and implements patient and family education. The Nurse is
responsible for assessing the needs and initiating appropriate
interventions for patients. Essential job functions include
collecting comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health.
The Nurse analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses or
issues. Expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient
must be identified. Developing a plan that prescribes strategies
and alternatives to attain expected outcomes is required. The Nurse
implements the identified plan of care. Strategies to promote
health and a safe environment must be employed. The quality and
effectiveness of nursing practice should be systematically
enhanced. Knowledge and competency that reflect current nursing
practices must be attained. Self-evaluation of nursing practice in
relation to professional practice standards is necessary.
Collaboration with patients, families, and others in nursing
practice is crucial. Ethical provisions must be integrated into all
areas of practice. Research findings should be integrated into
practice. Providing leadership in the professional practice setting
and the profession is essential. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrates sound judgment and maintains a professional demeanor

necessary. Exercising tact, discretion, sensitivity, and
maintaining confidentiality is expected. Self-directed completion

required. Additional Qualifications: Compliance with hospital
policies related to care for patients with hyperacute and acute
strokes is required. Participation in initial cerebrovascular
disease education within one year of hire is necessary. Annual
participation in cerebrovascular disease education is required. The
facility reserves the right to cancel shifts in the event of low
census or other unforeseen circumstances. Traveler candidates must
live at least 90 miles away from the facility to be considered. 5
