on-call responsibilities may apply Highlights: 13-week contract
assignment in a well-established acute care facility Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient
care plans Focus on discharge planning, utilization review, and
care coordination Work with diverse patient populations across
medical, behavioral health, and long-term care services Engage in
meaningful case management that directly impacts patient outcomes
and quality of life Requirements: Active Montana Registered Nurse
(RN) license Current American Heart Association BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required Utilization review
experience is essential Acute care hospital case management
experience preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Must
reside at least 90 miles from the facility location Strong
interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Proficiency
