3/1/2026 About the Position Job Title: Mammography Radiologist

of practice Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Certification in the specialty or subspecialty of practice
Description: Provide patient care that meets or exceeds the
standard of care for the specialty or subspecialty of practice.
Provide clinical services including diagnosis, evaluation, and
treatment of conditions requiring medical care. Consult with other
providers as requested and provide written reports on results of
examinations within a reasonable time following such requests.
Perform patient care duties according to the schedule determined by
the specialty and site of care. Assist the lead physician in
coordinating coverage by a qualified physician if unable to perform
duties when scheduled. Engage in effective, professional
collaboration with all members of the healthcare team. Maintain the
volume of care defined by the standards set by the specialty,
subspecialty, and site of care. Contribute to the development and
improvement of processes and continuous improvement activities.
Adhere to all professional expectations as outlined in the
physician and advanced practice provider handbook and applicable
policies and procedures. Create and nurture a psychologically safe
workplace and cultivate an atmosphere of teamwork and mutual
respect among all providers, staff, and administration. Work to
achieve goals established in accordance with the applicable
physician employment process. Take a share of call, including
holiday call, in accordance with the standards of the applicable
specialty or subspecialty protocols and medical staff bylaws.
Provide emergency coverage as required by the primary hospital
campus. Ensure appropriate coverage for the admission and care of
patients being admitted to the hospital. Be immediately available
by phone while on call and available on-site in accordance with the
protocols. Be available to receive telephone calls from established
patients and from other healthcare providers outside of business
hours regarding established patients or consults on a rotation
determined by the clinic. Schedule notes indicate duty may occur
contemporaneously with hospital emergency call schedules.
