Requirements: NBCOT certification, Montana PT license, BLS

Section GG preferred Other Requirements: Familiarity with NetHealth
/ PointClickCare EMR system; strong interpersonal skills; ability

Job Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy assessments
and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in a rehab
setting. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate
patient care and ensure the achievement of therapy goals. Maintain
accurate documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions
using NetHealth / PointClickCare EMR. Execute therapy interventions
and modify treatment plans based on patient response and progress.
