Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist is responsible
for overseeing patient specimen collection, processing, testing,
and reporting. This role ensures quality control and assurance,
maintains analyzers and instruments, and monitors testing accuracy
and precision. Proficiency in analyzer operation, calibration, and
maintenance is essential. Ideal candidates are passionate about

contributions.Experience:1-2 years of clinical post-degree training
is preferred. (Preferred)Shift availability:Weekends and 1 week day
7am-7 pAbility to Commute:Dillon, MT 59725 (Required)Ability to
Relocate:Dillon, MT 59725: Relocate with an employer provided
relocation package (Required)Minimum Qualifications:Candidates must
possess an active Montana Clinical Laboratory Scientist
certification or the ability to obtain licensure within 45 days of
hire.One to two years of clinical post-degree training is
preferred.Responsibilities:Perform general laboratory testing in
various area of the laboratory as assigned.Proficient in analyzer
and instrument operation, quality control, calibration, and
maintenance.Trouble-shoot and resolve instrumentation and testing
problems.Analyze clinical data for reporting reasonable and
acceptable results.Perform and document daily quality control
according to testing procedures.Computer skills required sufficient
to perform job successfully.Perform phlebotomy as required for both
inpatients & outpatients.Assist in quality assurance processes and
programs as assigned.Document all remedial or corrective actions
taken.Practices AIDETAssist with general maintenance actions and
logs as necessary.Skills and Abilities:Excellent analytical,
critical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesEffective in
project management and process improvementStrong interpersonal and
presentation skills with leadership, staff, and communityClear
verbal and written communication skillsAble to meet deadlines and
